摘要 脊柱融合是治疗脊柱结核、感染、畸形、椎间盘退行性病变脊柱疾患的有效手段,促进脊柱融合成骨率的方法之一就是使用自体骨移植,但其存在来源有限、取骨处疼痛等弊端,目前人重组骨形态发生蛋白-2(The role of recombinant human bone morphogenetic 2,rh BMP-2)负载于载体是一种理想的自体骨移植材料的替代物,广泛应用于脊柱融合术中,但近来发现了与其相关的一些副反应。本文就其在脊柱融合中的应用的安全性、有效性及相关的副反应进行综述。 Spinal fusion is the effective treatment for the spinal tuberculosis, infections, deformities, degenerative disc diseases, one of the ways to promote spinal fusion rate is the use ofosteogenic autogenous bone graft, but there are defects including the limited source and the pain at the bone graft, the recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 is supported on a carrier is an ideal substitute for autogenous bone graft material now, widely used in spinal fusion surgery, but recently some side effects were discovered. This paper reviews the safety, effectiveness and side effects related to the application in spinal fusion.
