摘要
在理解"城市现代化"内涵和要素特征的基础上,挖掘长沙特质,遵循综合性、系统性、共性、个性等原则,剖析长沙指标体系选择与现代化内涵要素的内在有机联系,构建评价指标体系。指标体系由"区域发展""经济发展""城市形象"等8个方面构成,对指标体系的现实性、可行性、前瞻性进行评价,最后论述了指标体系的现实指导意义,以期对我国城市现代化指标体系的建立提供有益的参考。
On the basis of understanding of the connotations and the traits of urban modernization, this paper discusses the natural, cultural traits and the economic traits of Changsha, analyzes the intrinsically organic connections between the index system of selection and the implications of modernization, and builds the systemic evaluation index system including 8 first - level indicators, such as ＂regional development＂, ＂economic development＂ and ＂urban image＂. It also evaluates the rationality, the feasibility, and the foresightedness of the index system. Finally, it discusses the realistically guiding significance of the index system so as to provide useful references for the establishment of China＇s index system of urban modernization.
