大跨度无铰拱渡槽拱肋三维数值模拟研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文基于大型有限元软件ANSYS对大跨度无铰拱渡槽——英那河渡槽进行了三维有限元数值模拟计算,着重对风荷载、水压力、温度应力、混凝土收缩和徐变等荷载影响下的主拱圈的应力和变形进行了分析。得出:无铰拱主拱圈拱顶、拱脚及排架作用位置为关键受力部位;背风侧拱肋在满槽、温度升高时压应力最大;迎风侧拱肋在空槽、温度降低时压应力最小;通过对英那河渡槽拱肋最不利截面各个角点的应力分析,为拱肋的抗裂分析提供了依据。通过对风荷载作用下拱肋变形的分析,得出:满槽、空槽、温升、温降各工况拱肋沿风荷载方向变形几乎相同;在满槽、温度降低时拱肋竖向位移最大。所得结论为无铰拱渡槽的结构分析提供理论支持和实践经验。 Based on the large finite element software ANSYS, the paper carries out the three dimensional finite element numerical simulation calculation for the Yingnahe aqueduct with the large-span hingeless arch and analyzes the stress and deformation of the main arch under the influence of wind load, water pressure, temperature stress,concrete shrinkage and creep. The conclusion is that key stressed positions are the vault, arch foot and framed bent in main arch of the hingeless arch,the compression stress of the arch rib at the leeward side is maximum under the condition of the aqueduct full and the temperature increase, the compression stress of the arch rib at the upwind side is the minimum under the condition of the aqueduct empty and the temperature decrease. Some basis are provided for the crack resistance analysis of the arch rib through the stress analysis of the each corner point on the most unfavorable cross section of the arch rib of Yingnahe aqueduct. Based on the deformation analysis of the arch rib under the action of wind load, the paper obtains that the deformation of arch rib along the direction of the wind load is almost the same under the conditions of the aqueduct full and empty and the temperature increase and decrease and the vertical displacement of the arch rib is the maximum under the conditions of the aqueduct full and the temperature decrease. The conclusion would provide theoretical support and practical experience for the structural analysis of the hingeless arch aqueduct.
