摘要
ISO(国际标准化组织)下属的TC269(轨道交通领域技术委员会)正在开展铁路行业国际标准编制研究工作,混凝土轨枕国际标准是其中的一项重要研究内容。中国是TC269的成员国,将参与混凝土轨枕国际标准的制定。本文从标准体系划分、设计荷载计算方法、强度试验方法、型式尺寸控制、原材料、生产工艺要求等方面对比研究了欧洲与中国混凝土轨枕标准之间的异同。对比发现,欧洲和中国混凝土轨枕标准不仅在体系的划分上不同,而且具体内容在上述几个主要方面均存在不同程度的差异。因此建议中国在参与混凝土轨枕国际标准的编制过程中,系统开展相关研究和试验工作,为中国混凝土轨枕标准与世界接轨提供有力支撑。
TC 269(Technical committee for the railway transit industry) of ISO(International Organization for Standardization) is carrying out the international standardization formation research work for all products and services specifically related to the rail industry and the international standard of concrete sleeper is one of the important content.As a TC269 member state,China will participate in the international standard formation of concrete sleepers.This paper compared and studied the similarities and differences between European and Chinese concrete sleeper standards from such aspects as the standard system division,load calculation method design,strength test method,geometrical size control,raw material,and production process requirements.The comparison results indicate that there are different degrees of difference between European and Chinese concrete standards that are not only in the system division but also in the specific content of the above main aspects,which suggested that the related research and experimental work should be implemented systematically during the international standard formation process of concrete sleeper in order to provide a strong support for the Chinese concrete sleeper standard connecting with the world.
