摘要 为使科技型企业有效选择协同创新参与主体组合模式、提高协同创新功效,采用探索性因子分析法,从协同创新内外部影响因素及创新成果投入成本因素视角,发掘出了参与主体组合模式优选指标体系;依据产学研用参与类型的数量,提出了7种参与主体组合模式;将传统TOPSIS法中的距离测度公式拓展到三参数区间数,并凸显重心点在三参数区间数中的重要性,改进了欧式空间距离测度公式,建立了基于改进型TOPSIS的协同创新参与主体组合模式优选模型;结合3个协同创新项目实际,进行了参与主体组合模式优选模型应用研究,发现改进后的距离测度公式提高了组合模式优劣性区分度。 In order to help technology-based enterprises select collaborative innovation participating actors combination model effectively and improve the efficiency of collaborative innovation, the evaluation index system is designed after taking both internal and external factors of collaborative innovation and the input cost of innovation into consideratioru The exploratory factor analysis method is adopted. Based on different types of participants in the industry-university-research institution, seven combination modes of participants are proposed. Then, an optimization model based on improved TOPSIS is built by extending the traditional TOPSIS method to three-parameter interval numbers, emphasizing the effects of gravity center on the three-parameter interval numbers and improving the distance measure formula, which is used for the calculation of the paste progress. Finally, application researches focusing on the optimal selection of collaborative innovational participants model are conducted with practical situation of three collaborative innovation projects considered. The results demonstrate that the modified distance measure formula helps to improve the distinction degree of combination modes during the evaluation process.
