摘要
本文研究了一种用离子色谱分析法测定铝电解槽大修渣处理液中氟离子含量的方法。采用lonPacAS23阴离子交换分离柱,4.5mmol/L碳酸钠和0.8mmol/L碳酸氢钠混合液为流动相,自动再生抑制型电导检测池。在柱温35℃,流速1mL/min条件下,6min内完成大修渣处理液中F含量的测定。该方法的标准曲线为Y=0.2293X-0.3867相关系数为0.99995。8次测试的相对标准偏差为1.556%检出限为16.1267mg/L,加标回收率在98%-106%之间。该方法准确、快捷、简便,是大修渣处理液中氟离子测试的理想方法。
A method for the determination of fluoride in leaching solution of spent relining was investigated based on ion - chromatography by standard curve. IonPac AS23 anion - exchange column as stationary phase and the mixed solution of 4.5mmol/L of NazCO3 and 0.8mmol/L of NaHCO3 as mobile phase were used. The determination was conducted at column temperature of 35~C, flow rate of I mL/min and the whole analysis process was finished within 6 minutes. The standard curve regression equation is Y = 0. 2293X -0. 3867 and its correlation coefficients is 0. 99995. This method has been used in the test of fluoride in leaching solution of spent relining with relative standard deviation of 1. 556% and the detection limit of 16. 1267mg/Land the recoveries of 98% - 106%. The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it's an optimal method to determine fluorine in leaching solution of spent reli- ning.
