摘要
无论是"全面建成小康社会"还是"生态文明建设",都是同时可以在狭义和广义层面上加以阐释的综合性社会发展目标话语与实践。就此而言,它们不仅构成了对方各自进行一种自我反思性审视的重要背景和语境,而且可以在彼此间展开一种持续性的、意趣深远的学理对话与实践互动。尤其是,当我们从大力推进生态文明建设视角来观察与评估当前的全面建成小康社会努力时,更应该看到或强调的也许是后者的阶段过渡性而不是完成性意涵,从而使我们2020年之后的新时期发展有更为明晰的着力点或方向。
＂Finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects＂ and ＂ecological progress＂ are both comprehensive social development target discourse and practice that can be interpreted in the narrow sense and broad sense at the same time. With regard to this, they not only constitute the important background and context for each other to examine in a self-reflective manner, and can initiate a persistent and profound theoretic dialogue and interactive practice between each other. It is noted that when we observe and assess the current efforts to finish building a moderately prosperous society from the angle of vigorously promoting ecological progress, we should perhaps look at or place more emphasis on the latter＇s transitional nature rather than its completeness meaning, so that we can have a more clear focus or direction for development in the new period after 2020.
