摘要
立足于"知识基础观",结合知识管理理论,首次探讨了针对TMT(高层管理团队)的网络构建导向的人力资源实践、吸收能力与企业家精神行为的关系,并检验了不正当竞争的调节作用。通过对京津唐、长三角和珠三角地区500家企业的1000名高管进行的大规模配对调查,最终获得313家企业的有效样本。实证结果显示:吸收能力在网络构建导向的人力资源实践与企业家精神行为之间起到完全中介的作用,不正当竞争负向调节吸收能力与企业家精神之间的积极关系,而且不正当竞争显著调节了针对TMT的网络构建导向的人力资源实践与企业家精神行为之间通过吸收能力的间接关系。
Based on 'Knowledge-based View(KBV)' and combined with knowledge management theory, firstly explores the relationship among network-building HR practices, absorptive capacity and corporate entrepreneurship, and tests the moderate effect of dysfunctional competition. Through a large-scale pairing investigation of 1000 executives of 500 enterprises from the Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan, the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta region, ultimately, we obtained the valid sample of 313 companies. The empirical results show that, network-building HR practices has significant positive impact on corporate entrepreneurship through an absolute mediating role of absorptive capacity. Meanwhile, dysfunctional competition moderates the indirect relationship between network-building HR practices and corporate entrepreneurship through absorptive capacity
