摘要
以"闪光二号"加速器硬X射线为辐照源,对腔体内系统电磁脉冲(system generated electromagnetic pulse,SGEMP)磁场环境的验证方法进行了研究。根据测量的"闪光二号"二极管的电压、电流,模拟了发射电子束能谱参数;结合辐射靶物理设计,建立了二极管阳极靶蒙特卡罗粒子输运计算模型,模拟了轫致辐射X射线场参数;采用时域有限差分(finite difference time domain method,FDTD)和粒子模拟(particle in cell,PIC)方法,模拟了该射线环境中的腔体SGEMP磁场环境;将轫致辐射X射线参数及腔体SGEMP磁场环境的模拟结果与实验结果进行了比较。结果表明:从X射线源参数模拟开始的腔体内SGEMP数值模拟计算模型的实验验证方法是合理可行的。
A method was introduced to verify the numerical simulation model for the system generated electromagnetic pulse (SGEMP) produced in Flash-Ⅱ accelerator environment. First, the electron energy distribution was calculated using the measured diode current and voltage. Second, based on the calculated results and engineering conditions, a Monte Carlo bremsstrahlung simulation model was designed, and the characteristics of X-ray spectrum of Flash-Ⅱ accelerator were calculated. Then, the SGEMP environment in a cavity was simulated with FDTD and PIC methods. Finally, the simulated X ray characteristics and magnetic field were compared with the measured results, they agreed well with each other. So the method in this paper is an effective way to verify the numerical simulation model for SGEMP.
