摘要
目前汽车线束防水盲堵插入护套的工作均由人工完成。本设备运用机电一体化技术,能够实现防水盲堵的自动送料、自动插入、自动检测和自动分离,高效代替人工完成防水盲堵的插入操作,提高产品品质和自动化水平。
At present, automotive wiring harness waterproof blind plugging into the sheath are completed manually. The equipment achieves automatic feeding and inserting with electromechanical integration technology,detecting and separating of the plugging, which replaces the manual to complete the operation effectively, improves product quality and automation level.
