摘要
采用Pro/E、ANSYS和ADAMS建立了发动机1000r/min转速时的多柔体动力学模型,模拟不同约束方式下的机体工作过程,分析约束位置对机体机体振动的影响。对机体进行自由模态分析以校验机体在前6阶各阶共振频率均高于发动机转动频率,布置测点和三种四点约束方案,并在不同的约束方式下模拟发动机工作,收集测点振动数据并进行比较分析。分析结果表明,对于输出端有伸出结构的机体,支撑位置非对称布置时能得到更好的机体振动特性。
In this paper, a flexible engine model working at 1 000 r/min was set up by Pro/E, ANSYS, ADAMS, to simulate the working progress of engine in different fixed forms, and analyze the effect of fixed position to the vibration of engine. Firstly, the free model analysis was made to testify that all of the first six order resonance frequency was higher than engine' s rotational fre- quency. Secondly, the testing point and three projects of four point fixed form were made to engine's working progress in differ- ent fixed forms. Finally, the vibration data was collected to make comparative analysis. Analysis result showed that the vibration of engine body was nicer in asymmetric fixed form to the engine body which had extended structure in outlet side.
