摘要
广西食品加工企业的迅速发展为广西独立学院食品类专业发展带来了巨大的机遇。然而,广西独立学院食品类专业服务地方食品企业人才需求、质量检验、科技需求及员工培训等方面的能力较为有限,建议从组建校企合作理事会、提高人才培养针对性、完善实验室条件、优化教师服务能力及构建质量检测服务平台等方面提高食品类专业服务地方食品企业的能力。
The rapid development of food processing enterprises has brought great opportunities for students majored in food from independent colleges in Guangxi. However, food majors of independent colleges in Guangxi has very limited service capabilities for food enterprises, which including talent demand, quality inspection, scientific and technological demand and staff training. The paper proposes some appropriate measures, including establish school-enterprise cooperation council, cultivate targeted talents, perfect laboratory conditions, optimize teachers’ service capability and build quality inspection service platform to enhance the service ability of food major for local food enterprises.
