摘要
随着经济的高速发展和信息化、网络化时代的到来,创新型人才和应用型人才供给不能满足社会需求的问题日益突出,虽然各高校积极推广慕课、微课、翻转课堂等新兴教学方式和手段,试图扭转会计专业填鸭式的理论灌输方式,激发学生的学习主动性和创新意识,但结果不尽如人意。本文通过分析高校会计人才培养现状,提出了提高我国高校会计人才培养质量的相关建议。
With rapid development of economic and arrival of information and network era, the problem that the supply of innovative talents and applied talents cannot meet the demand of society and become increasingly prominent. Although colleges and universities actively promote new teaching methods and means, such as MOOCs, micro class and flipped classroom, try to reverse the spoon-feeding teaching method to students majored in accounting and stimulate students’ learning initiative and innovation consciousness, the results are not satisfactory. In this paper,through analysis of current training situation of accounting personnel in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving its training quality.
