儿童丘脑巨细胞型胶质母细胞瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者 男,15岁。1个多月前无明显诱因出现四肢乏力、嗜睡,无头痛、头晕、恶心、呕吐,无四肢抽搐,9天前出现大小便失禁。外院CT（图1）：左侧丘脑内环形高密度病灶,中央囊变,占位效应明显,周围显著水肿,水肿累及对侧丘脑,对侧丘脑内可见稍高密度影。
