摘要
目前我国智慧城市正处于试点推广阶段,还存在发展导向不明确、建设标准不统一等诸多理论和实践问题.为了更好地服务智慧城市的发展,基于城市结构和功能的再造理念,从城市规划、建设与管理的全过程进行阐释智慧城市的内容,分析智慧城市发展现状,针对智慧城市建设中存在的顶层设计缺位、城市管理效能低下等问题,提出加强一体化顶层设计、优化智慧城市发展环境等建议,从而为我国智慧城市的可持续发展提供参考.
Smart city is in making experiments and promoting stage in our country. There are a number of theoretical and practical problems, such as unclear development orientation and not unified construction standards. In order to better serve the development of smart city, based on the concept of city structure and function reconstruction, the content of smart city is elucidated from the view of whole process of urban planning, construction and management, and the developing situation is analysed. In the light of the problems such as absence of top-level design and low efficiency of urban management, the suggestions of strengthening the integration of top-level design and optimizing smart city development environment are put forward, so as to provide reference for the sustainable development of smart city.
