摘要
统筹城乡发展、打破城乡二元结构,推进城乡一体化,必须抓住新型农村社区建设这个结合点。本文分析了新型农村社区建设的必要性,在考虑农村地区经济特征、区位优势、交通条件、土地利用状况、资源特色和产业状况等因素的基础上,从地形地貌特征着手,提出了山地丘陵区和平原区新型农村社区建设的不同方式,并针对存在问题提出相应的对策建议,可为政府提升新型农村社区的建设管理水平提供参考依据。
It is important to focus on construction of new rural communities to balance urban and rural development, to break up dual structure of urban-rural areas and to promote urban-rural integration. The paper analyzed the necessity of constructing new rural communities, and then gave suggestions on how to construct new rural communities in hilly areas and in plain areas based on econom- ic features, location advantages, traffic conditions, situation of land utilization, resource features and industrial conditions of rural ar- eas. It could provide the reference for government improving the administration level of new rural communities.
