摘要
制糖行业产生的废水量大,处理制糖行业产生的污水,成为推动制糖行业发展的主要力量。以某公司的制糖废水为实例,选择ABR厌氧+好氧工艺,确定在此工艺在运行时的最佳工艺。结果表明:进水量维持在10 000 t/d,进水中COD的含量不能超过3 000 mg/L,COD的水力负荷控制在1.5 kg COD/(m3·d),生物接触氧化池的溶解氧调节在3 mg/L、污泥不需要回流、在常温操作,调节氧化池的p H值在6.8~7.2之间对废水有一个良好的处理效果。
The sugar industry produces a lot of waste water,treatment of the wastewater has become the main force to promote the development of sugar industry.Taking sugar wastewater from a company as an example,ABR anaerobic + aerobic process was used to treat sugar wastewater,and optimum process conditions were determined as follows:the inflow rate 10 000 t/d,influent COD less than 3 000 mg/L,hydraulic load of COD 1.5 kg COD/(m3·d),dissolved oxygen in the biological contact oxidation pool 3 mg/L,p H 6.8~7.2.Under above conditions,good treatment effect could be obtained.
