补肾益气方对男子举重运动员部分血液生化指标的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察补肾益气方对冬训期男子举重运动员部分血液生化指标的影响,为补肾益气方的应用提供依据。方法:将浙江省男子举重队备战2013年全国锦标赛的20名中小级别运动员按照随机分组方法分为实验组和对照组各10名队员,实验组在冬训大强度训练期以3周为一疗程,共4个疗程,早训练前9点和下午训练前3点2次定时服用补肾益气方(补骨脂、菟丝子、肉苁蓉、附子、锁阳、杜仲等),对照组给予相同剂量安慰剂。运用数理统计T检验法观察两组运动员肌酸肌酶(CK)、尿素氮(BUN)、血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血球压积(Hct)的指标变化。结果:内服四个疗程的制剂后,CK值水平实验组和对照组训练前后自身比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05),提示机体由于训练强度的改变对肌肉机械性刺激程度较深;T值水平实验组训练前后、实验组和对照组训练后组间比较呈显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:补肾益气方能明显提高冬训期男子举重运动员T值水平,对运动性疲劳恢复及竞技能力的保持起着重要作用,间接反映服用补肾益气方可预防男子运动员运动性低睾酮的发生,但对于因训练强度增加引起的CK酶活性增高无明显改善。 Objective: According to the changes of blood biochemical parameters, this study was to provide suggestions for applying the Recipe of Bu-Shen-Yi-Qi, as this recipe was used by male weight-lift athlete during winter training. Methods: 20 medium-smaU level athletes who belonged to Zhejiang Men Weight-lift Team and were conducting training for 2013 China National Championships, were evenly divided into experimental group (N = 10) and control group (N =10) in random orders. During high intensity training in winter, the athletes of experimental group took the prescription of Bu-Shen-Yi-Qi (fructus psoraleae, semen cuscutae, cistanche salsa, monkshood, cynomorium and eucommia, etc.) at 9:00 prior to morning training and 15:00 prior to afternoon training. The process of taking the prescription contained four courses, and the time of each course was 3 weeks. The athletes of control group took placebo in the same dosage and process as took the prescription. T-test tested the differences between the experimental group and control group in creatinejubase (CK),ureanitrogen (BUN),serumtestosterone (T),cortisol (C),hemoglobin (Hb) and hematocrit (Hct). Results When athletes of two groups finished the process of taking the prescription or placebo respectively, the CK level showed significant difference between pre-training and post-training in experimental group and control group by intra-group comparison (p 〈 0.05) . These results showed that the change of training intensity is greater than the prescription in mechanical irritation to muscle. In the experimental group, the level of serum testosterone (T) in pre-training notably differed from its level in post-training. After training, the T level of experimental groups was markedly different to the control group (p〈0.05).
