摘要
目的:研究心脑血管中药复方专利发展进程及影响因素。方法:将国家知识产权局专利数据库、中国专利信息中心及相关事务所作为专利数据来源;以万方数据库、CNKI、CHKD数据库作为科研成果检索资源;运用简单统计与聚类分析的方法,把年度数据当作聚类成员,以心脑血管中药复方专利申请量、公开量、科研成果作为聚类变量,对20年来心脑血管中药复方专利展开聚类分析。结果:心脑血管中药复方专利在20年的时间里经历了3个阶段:1991至2000年是第一阶段,专利申请量、公开量、科研论文数量较低;第二阶段为2001至2004年,专利申请量、公开量是第一阶段的2倍,而科研论文数是第一阶段的3倍;第三阶段是2005年至2010年,3个指标均为第二阶段的2倍。结论:心脑血管中药复方专利的发展与国家政策、专利制度、中医药科研等因素密切相关。
Objective： To study the development process and influence factors of Chinese medicine compound prescription patent for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease. Methods： Patent database of the State Intellectual Property Office, China Patent Information Center and related firms were used as the data sources, while the search tools of scientific achievements were the Wanfang database, CNKI database, CHKD database and so on. With the simple statistics and cluster analysis methods, taking the annual data as cluster members, the application amount, open volume and scientific achievements of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicine compound patent putting as clustering variables, the clustering analysis was conducted to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular medicine compound patent for the last twenty years. Results： Chinese herbal compound patents in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease had gone through three stages in the last twenty years： The first stage was from 1991 to 2000, the amount of patent application and maintenance dose, the number of research papers were low; the second stage was from 2001 to 2004, the number of patent applications, the maintain dose was twice of the first stage, and the number of research papers was three times as many as the first stage; the third stage was from 2005 to 2010, the three indicators were two times that of the second stage. Conclusion： The development of Chinese herbal compound patents in treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease is closely related to national policy, patent system, scientific research of traditional Chinese medicine and other factors.
