摘要
目的:通过大鼠"心俞"穴的局部解剖比邻关系建立动物实验中"心俞"穴简便精确定位及取穴方法。方法:将体质量(200±20)g的Wistar大鼠用10%水合氯醛45m L/kg麻醉。俯卧位固定,首先应用方法一:触摸第2胸椎棘突最高点,向下顺摸第3、4、5棘突定位即是第5胸椎棘突,T5棘突下两侧旁开7mm,即为大鼠"心俞"穴穴位。在第一种方法基础上可应用方法二:找到肩胛骨下角,平对脊柱第5胸椎棘突,定位T5棘突,两种方法结合,即为"心俞"穴。结果:第2胸椎棘突最高点作为骨度标志,向下触摸第3、4、5棘突来定位第5胸椎棘突,为目前研究最精确简便定位方法,并用肩胛骨下角平第5胸椎棘突给"心俞"穴取穴提供双重保障。结论:触摸第2胸椎棘突最高点定位"心俞"穴是最佳方法,并结合肩胛骨下角平对T5棘突辅助定位,为大鼠"心俞"穴精准定位方法,为针刺"心俞"穴实验研究提供基础保障。
Objective: To develop the precise positioning method for rat ‘Xinshu' acupoint depended on regional anatomy position. Methods: To remain immobility in supine position, wistar rats(200 ± 20)g were intraperitoneally anesthetized with 10% chloral hydrate 45 m L/kg. Firstly, we accurately found and located the second spinous process of thoracic vertebra, and then followed the location to determine the fifth spinous process of thoracic vertebra. Finally, the position of the rat ‘Xinshu' acupoint was just 7mm in each side of the fifth spinous process of thoracic vertebra. Additionally, finding the inferior angle of scapula was another alternative way to locate the fifth spinous process of thoracic vertebra. Results: Due to the bone marks for the fifth spinous process of thoracic vertebra, the second spinous process of thoracic vertebra as well the inferior angle of scapula played important roles in the location of the rat ‘Xinshu' acupoint. Conclusion: The way in which second spinous process of thoracic vertebra was used to locate the rat ‘Xinshu' acupoint was optimal method, and the inferior angle of scapula contributed to ensure the accuracy, as well. This current study explored an accurate location method for the rat "Xinshu" acupoint, which will lay a foundation for experiment researches about acupuncturing "Xinshu" acupoint.
