摘要
目的探讨归脾汤加减结合心理咨询治疗老年焦虑的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将我院2012年3月—2015年3月收治的368例老年焦虑症患者分为两组,对照组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片结合心理咨询进行治疗,观察组给予归脾汤加减结合心理咨询治疗,4周为一个疗程,3个疗程后观察两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率91.84%显著高于对照组的83.15%(P<0.05),治疗第4、8、12周的HAMA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生情况也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论归脾汤加减结合心理咨询能够通过镇静、抗抑郁、抗焦虑等作用治疗老年焦虑症,且效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Guipi decoction combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of elderly anxiety disorder. Methods 368 cases of elderly anxiety patients in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given droperidol thiadiazole melitracen tablets combined with psychological counseling. The observation group was given Guipi decoction combined with psychological counseling. 4 weeks was a course of treatment. After 3 courses of treatment, the clinical effect of two groups was observed~ ]Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.84% which was significantly higher than 83. 15% of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment of 4, 8 and 12 weeks, HAMA scores of the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The adverse reactions occurrence of the observation group was better than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Modified Guipi decoction combined with psychological counseling can treat elderly patients with anxiety disorder through a cahning, antidepressant, anxiolytic effect, and the effect is remarkable. It is worthy to be popularized.
