摘要
鬼穴是主要用以治疗精神情志类疾病的一类穴位的总称。"鬼穴"一词最早见于唐代的《千金方》,后世经过许多医家补充与发展,对鬼穴的含义、内容、使用方法进行了全方位的挖掘。文章简要梳理了鬼穴的源流及内涵、阐述了鬼穴的作用机制及临床常用使用方法,为临床传统针灸理论的运用与发展提供有益探索。
Ghost points is a kind of acupoints mainly used to treat emotional and mental diseases. The term was first appeared in Qianjin Fang of the Tang Dynasty. Later, undergoing many supplement and development of physicians, the meaning, content and technique of the ghost point carried on a comprehensive mining. This paper sorted out the origin of ghost point and connotation, expounded the mechanism of the ghost point and clinical common application methods, so as to provide beneficial exploration for the clinical development of traditional acupuncture theory.
