摘要
师范生教学实践能力的构建和发展需要在实践中逐步实现。为了更好地提升对师范生教学实践能力培养,剖析师范生教学实践能力在教育实习中存在的问题,提出优化师范生课程结构、改革教师教学方法、实现课程整合、加强师资队伍建设、教学技能训练、实践环节训练等具体措施,以期对师范生教学实践能力的提高有所帮助。
The construction and development of teaching practice ability of normal students should be realized gradually in practice. In order to improve the training of normal students＇ practical ability of teaching, the problems in practical ability of teaching in educational internship are analyzed, and the specific measures as optimizing the course structure, reforming teaching method, curriculum integration, strengthening the construction of teaching staff teaching skills training, practice training and other specific measures are put forward. It can be a help for the promotion of the practical ability of the normal students.
