曹树金等撰写的《网络环境中公共图书馆和高校图书馆用户需求实证研究》基于大规模的实证调研,深入剖析网络环境下图书馆用户的需求,并构建出需求三元素模型,所得出的研究结果、形成的研究结论、提出的理论解释对于新环境下图书馆全方位管理与服务具有很高的理论研究价值和实践参考价值。该书具有三个方面的突出特点:研究方法严谨,研究视角新颖以及具有较高的理论价值和实践指导意义。
An Empirical Study on Public Libraries and Academic Libraries User Needs in Network Environment wrote by Cao Shujin and his research team, deeply analyzes the needs of library users under network environment, and constructs the demand model of information resources, information service and information systems based on the large-scale empirical research. The research conclusion and theoretical explanation are of great value in theoretical research and practical reference for the library management and service under new environ- ment.
