摘要
微信平台是一款时代通讯创新的产物,它打破了传统意义上的纯聊天服务模式,增加的公众平台为用户提供快捷方便的沟通体验。各大企业商家也纷纷利用它从事产品营销、传达资讯、休闲娱乐、知识传播等各项服务。作为文字、图片、视频兼得其用的平台,无疑给作为文化资源部门的图书馆带来了增加活力的契机。本文通过分析微信公众平台在我国公共图书馆运用现状,探究微信能给图书馆带来的服务模式,寻找出图书馆优化应用平台进行服务的策略。
WeChat platform is an innovation of communication in new era. It breaks the traditional chatting mode and provides users with fast and convenient communication experience. Majority of enterprises have also used it to engage in product marketing,communication,entertainment,knowledge dissemination and etc. As a platform which is compatible with text,pictures and video,WeChat undoubtedly brings opportunity to increase the vitality in the library. This paper explores the service model which WeChat can bring to the library and figures out the strategy of the library to optimize the application platform for service through the analysis of the current status of WeChat official accounts which applied to the Public libraries in our country.
