摘要
贵州省实施的精准扶贫战略要求加快形成专项扶贫、行业扶贫、社会扶贫有机结合、互为支撑的"三位一体"大扶贫格局。六盘水市文体广电新闻出版局"深入生活、扎根人民"主题实践活动工作方案要求围绕全市重点抓旅游大局服务,将文化工作与旅游开发深度融合。本文以六盘水市图书馆一个扶贫工作点为例,对公共图书馆如何以农家书屋为阵地开展文化精准扶贫工作进行探讨,以期达到窥一斑而知全豹的目的。
The implementation of precision poverty reduction strategy has accelerated the organic combination of special,industry and social poverty alleviation in Guizhou Province. The working program of thematic practical activities ＂ Deepen into life and rooted with people＂ in Bureau of Culture,Broadcasting,Television,Press and Publication requires the city of Liu Panshui to focus on tourism Service and deeply combine the cultural work with tourism development. Taking a poverty alleviation point in Liupanshui city library as an example,this paper discusses on how to make the public library locate in rural library to carry out cultural precise poverty alleviation,in order to achieve overall situation by observing partially.
