摘要
大数据的出现蕴含着巨大的价值,为社会发展提供了更多可能,也为政府信息资源的增值利用提供了指引方向。如何在大数据时代挖掘政府信息资源的最大价值,政府如何开放数据,提高政府的工作效率,如何在这个藏有万千机遇的平台之上进行社会化信息增值服务是文章的研究重点。
As big data contains great value, it not only provides a lot of possibilities tor our social development, out also provides guidance for the value-added utilization of information resources of government. This paper mainly explores the ways in which the maximum value of government information resources can be tapped in the era of big data, and the ways government can use to make the data available to the public and improve their work efficiency and the ways in which the socialized information value-added services can be provided by using the promising platform of big data.
