摘要
文中选取能反映电能计量装置各类设备运行状态的不同指标,建立状态综合评价指标体系,运用多层次模糊综合评价法对运行状态进行评价。在获得状态评价分值的基础上,建立CAPSO-BPNN预警模型对其未来运行状态评价分值进行预测,参考状态评价标准发出状态警报。文中结合具体算例对预警方法的应用进行了详细说明,经算例分析表明:文中方法具有一定的可行性,可为电能计量装置运行状态预警技术提供理论上的参考依据。
In this paper, different indexes which can reflect the running state of all kinds of electric energy metering devices are selected to establish the comprehensive evaluation index system. The multi-level fuzzy comprehensive eval- uation method is adopted to evaluate the running state. On the basis of state evaluation score, the CAPSO-BPNN fore- warning model is built to forecast its future running state evaluation score. Afterwards, the state alarm is raised with reference of evaluation standard. The proposed forewarning method is introduced in detail in combination with concrete numerical examples. The case results verify that the method has certain feasibility and can provide theoretical refer- ence basis for the forewarning technology on running state of electric energy metering device.
