摘要
该文从监管主体、监管对象、监管内容、监管平台、监管方式和监管系统的关键技术6个方面介绍了我国互联网地理信息监管的现状,分析了目前我国互联网地理信息监管中遇到的问题,提出了针对这些问题的建议和措施,并简要展望了互联网地理信息监管的发展趋势。结论指出,我国互联网地理信息监管必须从技术、政策和管理3个层面进行提高,才能实现全面监测、依法处置和有效管理的监管目的。
In this paper, the status quo of Chings Internet geographic information supervision was introduced, of which included the supervision body, supervision object, supervision content, mode of supervision, platform of supervision and work procedure. The current problems encountered in the supervision of Internet geographic information were analyzed. The suggestions of solving these problems were put forward, which looked forward to development prospect of the Internet geographic information supervision.
