摘要
由于受实验人员对开放实验室设备熟悉程度不同的影响,以往研究出的开放实验室信息化配电管理系统无法有效保障实验人员的用电安全,压力测试结果不理想。因此,设计了能够实现安全用电、压力测试结果较为理想的开放实验室信息化配电管理系统。此系统主要利用网络控制器、数据库、控制服务器和移动终端,对开放实验室用电设备和普通使用者对设备的实验操作进行信息化管理。控制服务器中的设备控制芯片选用51单片机,并给出51单片机的基本结构、复位电路和振荡电路。其中,复位电路为系统提供手动复位和上电复位两种复位方法,振荡电路主要为51单片机供给脉冲。软件分别赋予普通使用者、系统管理员和超级用户不同权限和系统功能,并对系统数据库进行研究。实验结果表明,所设计的开放实验室信息化配电管理系统能够实现安全用电,且其压力测试结果较为理想。
The previously-developed information distribution management system of open laboratory couldn't guarantee the electricity security of the experimenters, and has unsatisfied pressure test result because the experimenters have not familiarity to the open laboratory equipments. Therefore, the information distribution management system of open laboratory was designed, which can guarantee the electricity security and get ideal pressure test result. This system performs information management for the electric equipments of open laboratory and experimental equipment operation of the ordinary users by means of network con- troller, database, control server and mobile terminal. The 51 SCM is chosen as the equipment control chip in the control server, and its fundamental structure, reset circuit and oscillation circuit are given. The reset circuit provides the manual reset and poweron reset for the system. The oscillation circuit provides the pulse for 51 SCM. The ordinary users, system administrators and super users are endowed with different permissions and system functions independently by software. The system database is studied. The experimental results show that the designed information distribution management system of open laboratory can guarantee the electricity security, and get the ideal pressure test result.
