摘要
高职院校国际化存在专业发展的国际化滞后、师资队伍国际化滞后、硬件设施和软件配套不适应国际化发展的要求等问题。高职院校国际化的发展策略是:实施品牌专业国际化发展战略、拓展中外合作办学项目、加强师资队伍国际化建设、稳步发展留学生教育、开展国际技术培训。
The internationalization of Higher Vocational Colleges has become an inevitable trend for higher education. Taking Changzhou Institute of Mechatronic Technology as an example,this paper summarizes the experience of higher vocational colleges,analyses the existing problems,and puts forward five strategies for the internationalization of Higher Vocational College： internationalizing the branded majors,developing the Sino- foreign cooperative educational programs,strengthening the international construction of teaching staff,developing the education for international students,and carrying out the international technical training.
