摘要
采用问卷调查法,以779名汉区高校少数民族大学生为研究对象,考察了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力、应对方式、文化智力和学校适应变量,探讨了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力、应对方式、文化智力和学校适应之间的关系,发现:(1)汉区高校少数民族大学生压力影响学校适应;(2)应对方式部分中介了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力与学校适应间的关系;(3)文化智力调节了汉区高校少数民族大学生压力通过应对方式影响学校适应这一中介过程的前半路径和直接路径。最后得出汉区高校少数民族大学生压力对其学校适应的影响是有调节的中介效应结论,讨论了应对方式的中介效应和文化智力的调节效应问题。
Going to college is the important tuming point in the psychological development of the minority college students in Han district colleges. Therefore, the adaptation of the minority college students in the Han district colleges to their college life not only directly influences their current physical and mental development, but also influences their subsequent development (Glass et al., 2014; Perera & Mcllveen, 2014). Previous researchers found that college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges was worse than college adaptation among common college students (Lu, 2007; Meng, 2014). It is necessary to study the factors and the potential mechanisms that influence college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges in order to improve their college adaptation., The present study aimed to explore the moderated mediation between stress, coping style, cultural intelligence and college adaptation among the minority college students in the Hart district colleges. A sample of 779 minority college students from 8 colleges in the Han district was recruited in the study to complete self-report questionnaires. The self-report questionnaires used in this study included the sense of stress scale, the coping style scale, the cultural intelligence questionnaire and the college adaptation questionnaire. The results indicated that: (1) Stress was a risky factor of college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges; (2) Coping style mediated the effect of stress on college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges. Stress not only directly influenced college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges, but also, through influencing positive coping style and negative coping style, ultimately influenced college adaptation among the minority college students in the Han district colleges; (3) Cultural intelligence moderated this mediation effect o
