摘要 考虑球面固定套轴承的特殊结构,建立球坐标润滑理论,具体方法为在球坐标下推导出Reynolds方程与考虑径向和轴向偏移的膜厚方程,运用有限差分原理与MATLAB软件进行编程求解,评估所建立方程的适用性,分析偏移率、牙轮转速以及轴承间隙对球面固定套轴承润滑性能的影响。结果显示:考虑径向和轴向偏移的膜厚方程以及所建立的Reynolds方程能够体现滑动轴承的形状特征和动压效应,表明在球坐标下所建立的润滑理论适用于球面固定套轴承;偏移率和转速的增大能够使得油膜压力和承载力增大;在油膜厚度没有达到最小临界值时,减小轴承间隙能够增大油膜的最大压力,进而提高轴承的承载能力。 Considering the special structure of spherical fixed set bearing in roller bit, the Reynolds equation and the film thickness equation considering the radial and axial deviation were deduced on the spherical coordinates.The equations were solved by using finite difference and MATLAB software and tile applicability of the equations were assessed.The effect of eccentricity and rotary speed and bearing gap on the lubrication properties of spherical fixed set bearing in roller bit was analyzed.Results show that the Reynolds equation and the film thickness equation considering the radial and axial deviation can reflect the shape of the sliding bearing characteristics and the dynamic pressure effect, indicating that the lubrication theory on spherical coordinates is applicable for spherical fixed set bearing.The increasing of eccentricity and rotation speed can improve the oil film pressure and bearing capacity.When the oil film thickness is not up to the minimum critical value, the maximum pressure of the oil film can be increased and the bearing capacity of the bearing can be improved by decreasing the bearing clearance.
