摘要
目的 探究槲寄生滴眼液治疗去势雄兔干眼症的效果。方法 取健康成年雄兔48只,体质量1.5~2.0 kg,在无菌恒温条件下喂养。随机选取12只雄兔仅切开阴囊,不切除睾丸作为阴性对照组,眼部不给予任何处理。将其余36只雄兔行双侧睾丸切除术,切除辜丸及附辜,结扎输精管及精索静脉,制作去势雄兔模型。作去势雄兔模型后随机分成3组,仅行双侧睾丸切除术的阳性对照组、采用槲寄生滴眼液的槲寄生组、采用生理盐水滴眼液的生理盐水组。分别于治疗前及治疗后2周、4周、8周观察各组泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠtest,SⅠT)、角膜荧光素染色、泪液蛋白及角膜共聚焦显微镜下的情况。结果治疗4周、8周后,槲寄生组SⅠT较治疗前均有不同程度改善,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05);而生理盐水组治疗2周、4周、8周后SⅠT较治疗前明显恶化,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05);治疗2周、4周、8周后槲寄生组与生理盐水组各时间点SⅠT相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05)。治疗2周、4周、8周后,槲寄生组各时间点荧光素染色评分较治疗前均有不同程度改善,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05),而生理盐水组荧光素染色评分较治疗前明显恶化,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05);两组治疗后2周、4周、8周荧光素染色评分相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05)。槲寄生组与生理盐水组在治疗2周、4周、8周后泪液总蛋白量、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶含量及淀粉酶活性相比,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05)。炎症细胞计数发现,经过8周治疗后,槲寄生组炎症细胞和上皮基底细胞密度分别为(75±12)mm-2和(2996±103)mm-2,而生理盐水组炎症细胞和上皮基底细胞密度分别为(234±26)mm-2和(4431±121)mm-2,两组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05)。结论 槲寄生滴眼液可有�
Objective To investigate the experimental effects of mistletoe eye drops in prevention of xerophthalmia of castrated male rabbit. Methods Forty-eight healthy male rabbits were chosen, the body mass was 1.5 - 2.0 kg and fed under sterile constant temperature. The castrated dry eye model were established in 36 male rabbits, and randomly divided into three groups: only castrated group, mistletoe eye drops group,normal saline group. Other 12 rabbits were cut off the scrotum and served the negative control group. Schirmer' s test ( S [ T), corneal fluorescein, tear proteins, and corneal confocal microscope were performed before treatment and 2 weeks, 1 month,2 months after treatment. Results There were significant differences in total protein, lactoferrin,lysozyme, amylase activity at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment of two groups ( all P 〈 0.05 ). After 2 months of treatment, S IT, fluorescein staining scores were improved compared with before treatment in mistletoe eye drops group, the differ- ence was statistically significant ( all P 〈 0. 05 ). And S l T, fluorescein staining scores were significantly worse at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after treatment in saline eye drops group, the differences were statistically significant compared with before treat- ment ( all P 〈 0.05 ). Tear total protein, lactoferrin, lysozyme and amylase activity at 2 weeks ,4 weeks ,8 weeks after treatment in two groups compared with before treatment had statistical differences ( all P 〈 0.05 ). The density of inflammatory cells and epithelial basal cells respectively in the mistletoe eye drops group were (75 ± 12 ) mm 2 and (2996 ± 103 )mm-2, while the density of inflammatory cells and epithelial basal cells in saline eye drops group respectively were(234 ± 26) mm 2 and(4431 ± 121 ) mm-2 ,there were statistical differences between the two groups ( all P 〈 0.05 ).
