摘要
人口对于城市经济社会的发展具有重要作用,但海岛型城市户籍管理有其特殊性,并体现出独特的制度功能取向。我国现有海岛型城市的户籍管理制度对迁入条件等进行了规定,但受城市类型等因素的影响,还存在着一些不足。对此,应结合海岛型城市户籍管理的特殊性,从登记形式以及迁入条件等方面进行改革与完善。
Population plays an important role in the economic and social development of a city,but island cities have their specialties in household registration,which reflects its unique systematic functioning orientation. The existing household registration system of island cities has clearly set qualification for immigration. However,influenced by factors such as city type,etc.,there are still some deficiencies in the system and its content. To deal with them,the island cities should carry out the reform starting from household registration and household immigration,taking the specialties of household management of island cities into account.
