摘要 目前,随着对奶及奶制品需要量的增加,人们对泌乳期奶牛产奶量和乳品质的要求也逐渐提高,因此,在生产中对奶牛日粮中蛋白质的水平及质量越来越重视。氨基酸是蛋白质的基本组成单位,所以它能反映出饲料的基本品质。尽管奶牛瘤胃能够独立地利用NPN,但是充足的必需氨基酸以及限制性氨基酸供应对于维持现代奶牛的高产奶量是十分必要的。文章主要从奶牛的小肠氨基酸营养特点和限制性氨基酸、氨基酸平衡以及如何平衡日粮中氨基酸进行了论述和讨论。 At present, with the increasing demand for milk and dairy products, the request of milk pro- duction and milk quality for lactating dairy cow are also enhanced. Therefore, the level and quality of protein have been paid attention in the production. Amino acids are the basic parts of a protein unit, so it can reflect the basic quality of the diet. Although cows' rumen can independently use NPN, it is necessary to supply with the plenty of essential and limited amino acid for maintaining the high milk yield of modern cows. In this paper, the characteristics of the small intestine amino acid nutrition, restrictive amino acid in production of cows and the importance of the amino acid balance have been stated. In addition, how to balance the amino acids in the diet has also been discussed.
