摘要
目的运用DRGs评价北京市三类医院2014年医疗服务绩效情况。方法利用BJ—DRGs分组软件，基于北京市2014年病案首页数据从能力、效率、安全三个维度进行医疗机构服务绩效评估。结果其评价结果与同行评价结果比较相符，其成本较其他的评价方法明显低廉。但存在差异问题，也反映出DRGs在评定医疗服务绩效方面尚有缺陷。结论我国在医疗服务管理中应用DRGs尚处于起始阶段，随着医疗信息化整体水平和质量的不断提升，DRGs将成为未来一段时期内国家医疗服务绩效评估的主要工具。
Objective To evaluate the medical service achievement by DRGs at Belling third-class hospital in 2014. Methods Using BJ-DRGs group software, based on the homepage data of medical record at Belling in 2014, medical service achievement was evaluated from three aspects including capability, efficiency and security. Results The evaluation result was consistent with that of the same trade. The cost is obviously less expensive comparing with the other evaluation method. However, the difference reflected the flaw of DRGs used in medical service achievement： Conclusion The application of DRGs in the management of medical service in our country is still at the initial stage, with the improving of the overall level and quality of medical information, the DRGs will be the main tool of performance evaluation of the national health service for a period of time in the future.
