丛枝菌根真菌接种对紫花苜蓿抗旱性的影响 被引量:20

摘要 采用盆栽试验研究干旱胁迫下摩西管柄囊霉、地表多孢囊霉及两者混合接种对紫花苜蓿抗旱性的影响,结果表明:摩西管柄囊霉、地表多孢囊霉及两者混合接种45d后的侵染率分别为20%、60%、43%,干旱8d后接种植株的生物量分别增加了0.06倍、0.52倍和0.57倍,随干旱时间延长,生长速度逐渐减缓,接种苜蓿干旱后期生长速度比未接种苜蓿增加了约6倍;随干旱时间延长,接种处理脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量显著提高,丙二醛含量显著降低,但不同菌种间有显著差异。不同菌种接种植物的抗旱性排序为:地表多孢囊霉>混合接种>摩西球囊霉。 To explore the role of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi(AMF)on the alfalfa inoculated with Funneliformis mosseae,Geosiphon versiforme,or both in drought resistance,pot experiments were conducted under the condition of drought stress.The results showed that the infection rates in 3types of AMF were 20%,60%and 43%respectively.On the eight day of drought,the biomass of 3treatments increased by 0.06,0.52 and 0.57 times.As the stress of drought was intensified,the growth rate decreased,the inoculated alfalfa growth rate increased by 6times than non-mycorrhizal plant.As the stress of drought was intensified,the content of proline and soluble sugar increased significantly,but the malondialdehyde(MDA)content in alfalfa decreased significantly,there were significant difference among different fungicides.The drought resistance(high to low)of alfalfa inoculated with AMF was:Geosiphon versiforme the mixtureFunneli formismosseae.
