摘要 DT1井位于中央坳陷达巴松背斜带,该区地层压力系数高、区域变化大,深部地层岩石可钻性差,漏失频繁,机械钻速低,钻井周期长。通过综合分析该区块钻井地质特点,有针对性地开展优快钻井配套技术研究。通过异常地层压力预测技术,合理设计井身结构,优选钻头和高效提速工具,选用胺基钻井液技术和抗高温高密度有机盐钻井液技术,实现了DT1井的高效快速安全零事故钻井。现场试验表明,DT1井地层压力预测精度达到90%以上,白垩系侏罗系平均机械钻速9.46 m/h,单只PDC钻头进尺最高达2 051 m,复杂时率为0。 Well DT1 is located in Dabasong anticlinal zone of the central depression with a series of geological problems such as high formation pressure coefficient, poor drillability of formation, low penetration rate, long drilling circle. Through comprehensive analysis of geological characteristics of this block, a set of optimized fast drilling technique was reasonably designed, drilling bit and auxiliary accelerating tools were optimized, and amine base drilling fluid and organic salt drilling fluid were chosen. Efficient,safe and rapid drilling in well DT1 was realized by using the technique. The field application showed that the accuracy of formation pressure prediction was over 90%, and the average drilling rate of cretaceous and Jurassic reached 9.46 m/h with high headway per drilling bit of 2051 m.
