摘要
量子点太阳能电池性能决定其实现高效低价,可有效的缓解传统能源压力,推动可持续发展战略的落实,所以量子点太阳能电池的相关研究一直受到高度重视,理论上基于表面等离子体增强的量子点太阳能电池可有利的推动量子点太阳能电池向高效的方向发展,本文基于对表面等离子体增强的量子点太阳能电池产生更加全面的认识,在对量子点太阳能电池进行系统分析的基础上,对表面等离子体增强的量子点太阳能电池展开研究。
