摘要
脊柱外科手术是治疗脊柱畸形、椎管狭窄、脊髓肿瘤以及脊椎结构不稳等各种脊柱脊髓病变的手术方法。随着脊柱内固定器械的不断发展,多数的脊柱手术都以内固定辅助的植骨融合来完成。手术操作中,通常需要对患者的脊柱施加某些作用力,如加压、撑开、牵拉。
Thoracolumbar spinal surgery was risky, what the surgeon concerned about most is how to prevent iatrogenic spinal cord injury and reduce pressure. As for the long-term development of the thoracolumbar spinal surgery, real-time intraoperative spinal cord monitoring technology is becoming increasingly mature. There are two monitoring methods, the first is to stimulate the peripheral nerve, in the sensory area to record somatosensory evoked potentials in the cerebral cortex; the second is electric( magnetic) stimulation of the brain motor cortex in the corresponding muscle motion evoked potential.
