摘要
目的探讨传统和无痛人工流产对重复流产的影响。方法 339例接受人工流产术的患者,根据术式的不同分为A组(给予无痛人工流产术,225例)和B组(给予传统人工流产术,114例)。对比两组效果。结果 A组12个月内重复流产率(31.6%)高于B组,主动了解避孕知识率(46.7%)、立即采取有效避孕措施率(39.1%)低于B组(P<0.05)。A组未遵医嘱1个月内恢复性生活156例(69.3%),B组48例(42.1%);A组6个月内再次妊娠117例(52.0%),B组27例(23.7%);A组均多于B组(P<0.05)。A组71例重复流产者较前次流产更害怕者22例(31.0%),B组23例重复流产者较前次流产更害怕者4例(17.4%),A组多于B组(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产虽可减轻流产者的痛苦,但会一定程度增加重复流产的风险,需对流产妇女进行有效的计划生育和流产后服务工作。
Objective To investigate influence by traditional and painless artificial abortion on repeated abortion. Methods A total of 339 patients receiving artificial abortion were divided by different operative measures into group A（received painless artificial abortion, 225 cases） and group B（received traditional artificial abortion, 114 cases）. Effects were compared between the two groups. Results Group A had higher repeated abortion rate within 12 months（31.6%） than group B, and its initiative contraception knowledge acquirement rate（46.7%） and effective contraception measure implement rate（39.1%） were lower than group B（P〈0.05）. There were 156 noncompliance cases restroing sexual activity within 1 month in group A（69.3%） and 48 cases in group B（42.1%）. There were 117 cases with subsequent pregnancy within 6 months in group A（52.0%） and 27 cases in group B（23.7%）. Group A had all more cases than group B（P〈0.05）. Among 71 repeated abortion cases in group A, 22 cases of them were more afraid（31.0%）. Among 23 repeated abortion cases in group B, 4 cases were more afraid（17.4%）. Group A had more cases than group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless artificial abortion can relieve pain in patients, but it will increase risk of repeated abortion. It is necessary to provide effective birth control and post-abortion service.
