摘要
目的探讨荆花胃康胶丸联合泮托拉唑胶囊等治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者的疗效。方法 138例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者,均给予荆花胃康胶丸、泮托拉唑肠溶胶囊、阿莫西林分散片、克拉霉素分散片进行治疗,疗程为6周,对其疗效进行分析。结果 138例患者,治愈125例,好转9例,无效4例,有效率97.10%。结论荆花胃康胶丸联合泮托拉唑胶囊等治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡疗效显著,副作用少,值得推广。
Objective To investigate curative effect by Jinghua Weikang capsules combined with pantoprazole capsules in the treatment of helicobacter pylori（Hp）-positive peptic ulcer. Methods A total of 138 Hp-positive peptic ulcer patients received Jinghua Weikang capsules, pantoprazole enteric capsules, amoxicillin dispersible tablets, and clarithromycin dispersible tablets for treatment lasting for 6 weeks. Their curative effects were analyzed. Results Among the 138 cases, there were 125 healed cases, 9 improved cases and 4 ineffective cases, with effective rate as 97.10%. Conclusion Combination of Jinghua Weikang capsules and pantoprazole capsules provides precisely curative effect in treating Hp-positive peptic ulcer, along with few side effects. This method is worth promoting.
