摘要
目的为建立基层预防接种门诊安全有效的疫苗存储冰箱远程温控系统提供科学依据。方法随机抽取18个预防接种门诊的疫苗存储冰箱监测点共72个,分别使用经校准水银温度计和温控系统两种方法同步测量疫苗存储温度,分析远程温控系统的监测效能。结果两种方法在疫苗冰箱冷藏室的监测温度均值差异有统计学意义(t=15.86,P<0.001),在冷冻室监测温度均值差异无统计学意义(t=1.80,P=0.072);基层远程温控系统预警的灵敏度100.00%,特异度94.08%,准确度94.11%;18个预防接种门诊使用疫苗存储冰箱远程温控系统一年内避免经济损失近19万元。结论疫苗存储冰箱远程温控系统具有较好的监测效果,值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To provide scientific basis for establishing the safe and effective remote temperature control system of the primary prevention and vaccination clinic. Methods 18 vaccination clinics were randomly selected from the region, and a total of 72 refrigerators which complied with the requirements were chose as monitoring points. Both the calibrated mercury thermometers and remote temperature control system were used to measure the temperature at the same time, to evaluate the temperature monitoring efficiency of remote control system. Results The temperature mean of the refrigerating chamber was different between calibrated mercury thermometers and remote temperature control system (t = 15.86, P 〈 0. 001 ), but the freezer temperature mean was not (t = 1.80, P = 0. 072) . The sensitivity of remote temperature control system is 100. 00% , specificity 94. 08%, and accuracy 94. 11%. In the monitoring points, about 190 thousands RMB was saved in 2013 -2015 by the remote temperature control system. Conclusion The remote temperature control system has good temperature monitoring efficiency, and it is worth further promoting.
