摘要
目的:探讨体位干预对颅脑损伤病人颅内压的影响。方法:在2014年9月-2015年9月期间诊治的颅脑损伤病人中抽取74例作研究对象,将其依据随机抽样法分为观察组(n=37)和对照组(n=37),观察组采取体位干预,对照组采取常规护理,比较两组患者护理前后的颅内压变化。结果:护理前,观察组和对照组患者的颅内压分别是(30.50±5.45)mmHg和(30.49±5.41)mmHg,其比较无统计学差异(P〉0.05);护理后,观察组颅内压是(16.11±2.29)mmHg,远低于对照组的(23.78±3.17)mmHg,其比较有统计学差异(P〈0.01)。结论:体位干预对颅脑损伤病人颅内压的影响较大,将患者头部抬高30°,有助于降低其颅内压。
Objective:To investigate the effect of postural intervention on intracranial pressure of craniocerebral injury patients.Methods:74cases of craniocerebral injury patients from September 2014 to September 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=37)and control group(n=37).The observation group patients were taken by body position intervention,and the control group patients were received traditional surgical nursing,to compare the intracranial pressure changes of two groups.Results:The intracranial pressure of the observation group and the control group patients were(30.50±5.45)mmHg and(30.49±5.41)mmHg before nursing,which showed no significant difference(P〉0.05).The intracranial pressure of observation group was(16.11±2.29)mmHg,which was far lower than that of the control group(23.78±3.17)mmHg after treatment.The difference was statistically significant(P〈 0.01).Conclusion:Intervention position has greater impact on intracranial pressure of patients with craniocerebral injury.It can help reduce the intracranial pressure When the patient's head were elevated 30°.
