摘要
目的观察中药足浴结合足底穴位按摩治疗肝郁化火型失眠患者的效果。方法选择在我院2013年1月~2015年12月确诊的125例肝郁化火型失眠患者,按随机数字表法将其分为实验组75例和对照组50例。对照组采取单纯热水泡脚,实验组采取中药足浴和足底穴位按摩,治疗后,观察两组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数和治疗疗效。结果治疗后,实验组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组患者睡眠质量改善更为明显,睡眠质量指数各因子评分和总评分均较对照组下降显著（P〈0.05）。结论中药足浴给合足部穴位按摩能有效改善肝郁化火型失眠患者的睡眠质量。
Objective To observe the effect of application on combination of TCM（Traditional Chinese Medicine） foot bath and foot acupoint massage in treatment of insomnia patients with stagnation of liver fire type.Methods 125 patients with stagnation of liver fire type treated in the hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the subjects of this research and were randomly divided into experiment group（75 cases） and control group（50 cases）.The control group was simply treated with hot feet bath;while,the experiment group was administered with combination of TCM foot bath and foot acupoint massage.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index and curative effect of two groups postoperatively were observed.Results After treatment,the total efficiency of experiment group（93.33%） was higher than that of control group（70.00%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The sleep quality of experiment group was improved more obviously,with significantly decreased sleep quality index scores and total scores in contrast with control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of traditional Chinese medicine foot bath and foot acupoint massage can effectively improve the quality of sleep in insomnia patients with of stagnation of liver fire type.
