摘要
目的探讨清肺利水法对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的治疗效果。方法收集2012年1月~2015年12月在我院诊断并治疗的慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者98例,给予清肺利水法治疗,比较治疗前后患者症状改善情况及激素表达水平。结果临床治愈61例,显效20例,有效15例,无效2例,总有效率为97.96%。治疗前患者睾酮表达水平为（1.94±0.41）ng/ml,明显低于治疗后的（3.64±1.04）ng/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗前患者雌二醇表达水平为（32.38±9.42）pg/ml,明显高于治疗后的（10.46±3.16）pg/ml,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论清肺利水法能够有效改善慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者临床症状,其作用机制可能是通过调节激素表达实现的。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Qingfei diuresis for chronic non bacterial prostatitis.Methods 98 patients with chronic non bacterial prostatitis reated by Qingfei diuresis from January 2012 to December 2015 were selected,and before and after treatment symptoms improved and hormone expression level were compared.Results Clinical cure were 61 cases,markedly effective were 20 cases,effective were 15 cases,invalid were 2 cases,the total effective rate was 97.96%.Before treatment in patients with testosterone expression level [（1.94 ±0.41）ng/ml],was significantly lower than that of after treatment [（3.64±1.04） ng/ml],with significant difference（P〈0.05）.After the treatment with estradiol expression levels for（32.38±9.42） pg/ml,significantly higher than（10.46±3.16） pg/ml of before treatment,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Qingfei diuresis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients with chronic non bacterial prostatitis and its mechanism may be through regulating hormone expression.
