摘要
目的探讨甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠临床效果。方法选择我院妇产科2013年1月~2016年1月收治的100例异位妊娠患者为观察对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组单用甲氨蝶呤治疗,研究组接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组患者临床治疗后,不同时段血绒毛膜促性腺激素（β-HCG）水平[7 d：（448.67±25.06）IU/L,14 d：（143.10±22.54）IU/L]、血清β-HCG水平恢复时间[（20.0±2.4）d]、总有效率（92%）等指标均显著优于对照组[7 d：（915.46±25.13）IU/L,14 d：（282.40±43.24）IU/L;（26.0±2.4）d;80%]（P〈0.05）。结论异位妊娠患者接受甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗,具有较为满意的效果,且有助于患者各项指标的改善。
Objective To study the effect on Methotrexate in combination with Mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy patients between January 2013 to January 2016 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in our hospital between were chosen as observation object,and were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group was given Methotrexate therapy,research group was treated with Methotrexate combined Mifepristone,the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results The serum beta HCG levels with different period [7 d：（448.67±25.06） IU/L,14 d：（143.10±22.54） IU/L],recovery time of beta HCG[（20.0±2.4） d] and total effective rate（92%） in research group after treatment were significantly better than those of control group [7 d：（915.46±25.13）IU/L,14 d：（282.40±43.24） IU/L;（26.0±2.4） d;80%]（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Patients with ectopic pregnancy treated with Methotrexate combined Mifepristone,has a relatively satisfactory results,and it can improve the indicators and helpful to the patients.
