摘要
采用ICP-AES法通过逐级稀释确定了镧系金属元素的检出限,并研究了不同金属阳离子和有机物对镧系金属元素测定的影响,提出分别采用基体匹配和硝酸-双氧水半干式消解法消除二者的影响。研究结果表明:镧系金属元素La、Ce、Pr和Nd的检测下限分别为0.025、0.010、0.050和0.050 mg/L;Na+、Ca2+、Mg2+和有机物都会大大影响镧系金属元素的测定结果,通过使用模拟油田污水建立标准曲线,可有效降低测量金属阳离子产生的误差,硝酸-双氧水半干式消解法可有效消除有机物对测定的影响。通过加标回收实验得出此方法的加标回收率在89%~106%之间,满足压裂示踪剂的定量测定要求。
The detection limit of lanthanide metal tracer agents in fracturing fluid was determined by stepwise dilution and ICP-AES method. The influences of different metal cations and organic compounds on the determination of lanthanide metal elements are studied,and it is proposed that their influences are eliminated by base liquid matching and nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide semi-dry dispelling separately. The research results show that: the detection limit of La,Ce,Pr and Nd are 0. 025,0. 010,0. 050 and 0. 050 mg / L respectively; the metal cations Na~+、Ca^(2+) and Mg^(2+) and organic compounds will greatly influence the determination results of the lanthanide metal elements,the influence of the metal cations can be eliminated by establishing standard curves using simulated oilfield sewage,and the influence of the organic compounds can be eliminated by nitric acid-hydrogen peroxide semi-dry dispelling. The standard adding recovery rate of the method is between 89% and 106% according to standard adding recovery experiments,which can meet the requirements of the quantitative determination of the fracturing tracer agents.
