多种肿瘤标志物在卵巢癌中的联合检测价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探析卵巢癌诊断中血清癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原199(CA199)及糖类抗原125(CA125)单项及联合检测的诊断价值及意义。方法:分析2014年10月至2016年1月在我院接受治疗的40例卵巢癌患者的临床资料,另外选取同期在我院接受诊治的30例良性病变患者作为本次研究的良性组,34例健康体检者作为本次研究的对照组。比较三组患者的血清CEA、CA199、CA125的表达水平,通过ROC曲线比较CEA、CA199、CA125单项及联合检测的诊断价值。结果:卵巢癌组血清CEA、CA199、CA125的表达水平均明显高于良性组和对照组(<0.05)。CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测的曲线下面积为0.898,敏感性为90.91%,均明显比单项检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值高。结论:血清CEA、CA199、CA125联合检测能够明显提升对卵巢癌患者的诊断价值,其准确性和敏感性均比血清标志物单项检测高。 Objective Our retrospective study was aimed to analyze the diagnostic value of CEA, CA199, CA125 and the combined detection of CEA, CA199, CA125 in ovarian cancer. Methods Clinical data of 40 patients with ovarian cancer received treatment at our hospital from October, 2014 to January, 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. 30 patients with benign ovarian disease at our hospital at the same time were chosen as the benign group and 34 healthy persons were chosen as the control group at this research. The expressions of CEA, CA199, CA125 in three groups were compared. The diagnostic value of CEA, CA199, CA125 and the combined detection of CEA, CA199, CA125 in ovarian cancer were compared by ROC curve. Results The expressions of CEA, CA199, CA125 in ovarian cancer group were obviously higher than those in beningn group and control group ( 〈0.05) . The areas under ROC curve of the combined detection of CEA, CA199, CA125 was 0.913, the high sensitivity was 90.01%, which were obviously higher than the diagnostic value of individual CEA, CA199, CA125. Conclusion The combined detection of CEA, CA199, CA125 could significantly improve the effectiveness and sensitivity in diagnosis of ovarian cancer, which is better than the diagnostic value of individual CEA, CA199, CA125.
